My parents loved the tree so much that as my new nephew arrived, they requested for his name to be added ASAP - so I ordered and got the new one quick enough. My sister noticed though that it's a different color wood, and I messaged Jake & Sonia about it and they quickly went to find the correct wood color and shipped to us! They're awesome to work with and happy to be getting their products :)

Wonderful customer service with great communication. Purchased a couple of years ago for the grandmothers and asked for extra hearts to add our new addition to their family trees. Seller went above and beyond to ensure the hearts matched our existing trees. Very very happy we can give these to the grandparents for Mother’s Day!

We were absolutely thrilled with the leash holder that we ordered for our daughter’s birthday. As you can see she is thrilled with it too along with Winnie. Jake was wonderful to deal with and our leash holder arrived earlier than expected and the quality was amazing. So happy 😃
